Michele Arabia graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He has been working as a lawyer in Rome since 1994 and his activity has focused in particular on the field of criminal law.
In order to improve his knowledge of criminal matters, he attended several University Masters in Corporate Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Environmental Criminal Law, as well as specialization courses in criminal lawyer.
He has participated as a speaker at conferences and seminars on criminal liability in the workplace and on environmental criminal law. He has also been a teacher on the same subjects in courses organized by important institutions.
He has been the author of various publications on issues of Corporate Criminal Law, Criminal Liability in the Workplace and Environmental Criminal Law, taking care in particular of the important topic of the liability of entities deriving from crime pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
