He graduated from University of Rome in 1992, with the thesis “Sanzioni Urbanistiche”.

He was admitted to Lamezia Terme Bar in 1995 and he has been registered as a Lawyer since 1996, becoming Lawyer in the Supreme Court and in the Higher Courts in 2008 and Professional Conciliator since 2011.

He held the position of Counsellor of the Lamezia Terme Bar Association from 2004 to 2012.

He deals with legal advice in the areas of Corporate Law, Banking Law, Administrative Law of Contracts in general and Litigation in the aforementioned areas.

He has lengthy experience in “231” and he’s in charge as “Odv” in many private and public institutions, and he held the position of Director of a public company.

He is also an external lawyer of various credit institutions.
