Il Fondo Nuove Competenze è stato istituito dall’art. 88 del Decreto Rilancio (D.L. 19 maggio 2020) e permette alle aziende di offrire ai propri lavoratori, in alternativa alla CIG e attraverso la rimodulazione dell’orario di lavoro, dei percorsi formativi tali da accrescere ed acquisire nuove competenze.
